Elevate Aircraft Seating is excited to welcome back our Summer Internship Program and is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in
Huntington Beach, CA.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for students eager to gain hands‑on experience in the aerospace industry while working alongside experienced marketing professionals on projects that support the promotion and positioning of our innovative business‑class aircraft seating solutions.
Our 10‑week internship program runs from
June 1 to August 14
and is designed to provide a well‑rounded experience that combines real marketing work with mentorship, networking, and professional development. Interns will engage in leadership roundtables, cross‑department tours, skill‑building workshops, community volunteer activities, and conclude the program by presenting their projects to company leadership.

Job Summary The Marketing Intern supports the Sales & Marketing team by contributing to a broad range of internal and external marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications and assists in executing initiatives that strengthen and align the company’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
The Marketing Intern partners with cross‑functional teams and provides administrative and project support to help ensure the effective and timely execution of marketing activities.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ensure all marketing content and events align with company branding standards, including environmental branding, brand assets, and review and approval of digital and printed materials developed by other departments.
Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy by creating and posting original content, tracking engagement metrics, providing strategic recommendations, and partnering with HR to support employee engagement and recruiting initiatives.
Write companywide marketing and executive communications to inform and engage employees.
Coordinate with the design agency to maintain and update the company website with current company and product information.
Support advertising initiatives by guiding external agencies on graphic design and copy requirements.
Create and edit photography and videography of local subjects and events for internal and external use.
Contribute to marketing campaigns through content creation for the website, internal communications, and customer email campaigns via Mailchimp.
Organize and maintain company digital assets, including interview videos, images, and quotes, ensuring files remain current and accessible.
Research emerging marketing platforms and initiatives to improve departmental processes and effectiveness.
Adapt to changing priorities and production phases to meet evolving project requirements.
Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested.
Education GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience in content creation for internal communications and external platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional executive messages and engaging social media content.
Skilled in collaborating effectively both in person and virtually with all levels of the organization, including external design agencies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Adaptable and positive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start‑up‑like environment.
Motivated to gain hands‑on experience through meaningful, real‑world marketing projects.
Preferred Knowledge / Skills
Skilled in photography and/or video creation and editing.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective team collaboration skills.
Proven track record of academic excellence and strong self‑motivation.
Genuine passion for and interest in the aerospace industry.

SUPERVISION PROVIDED TO THE POSITION
Direction with necessary guidance is provided in terms of tasks and measured based upon how well tasks have been completed.
Receives detailed instructions as needed.

Assist in developing solutions to moderately complex problems by applying established guidelines and organizational standards.
Language Skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Compensation & Benefits Elevate Aircraft Seating offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Hourly Rate Transparency:
$25 per hour.
Schedule:
8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (40+ hours a week).
