The Marketing team’s mission is to educate, engage, and grow a crypto-native audience across digital platforms,building trust and narrative strength in a volatile market.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping LERO’s voice across social platforms. This is not a passive internship, you’ll contribute directly to strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

This role is based in our office, with in-person attendance expected. We believe in collaboration via in-person to move faster, build stronger ideas, and execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Help brainstorm, plan, and schedule crypto-focused content

Create engaging content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms

Support campaign execution and track engagement performance

Engage with the crypto community and monitor key conversations

Stay on top of crypto market trends and narratives

Collaborate directly with leadership on messaging and positioning

What You Bring

Experience managing or growing social media accounts

Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

An interest in learning about crypto, DeFi, and market cycles

Have been active in crypto through multiple market cycles

Have created crypto content
