We are hiring Marketing Interns – B2B SaaS with a strong research mindset and genuine interest in data-driven marketing. The role involves hands‑on work across lead generation, market research, and digital outreach. You will be responsible for identifying ideal prospects, analyzing markets, and supporting targeted marketing initiatives across global regions. This position requires someone who is proactive, curious, and self‑driven in exploring new marketing opportunities and improving outreach effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Generate qualified B2B SaaS leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, market databases, and digital channels.

Conduct structured market and competitor research to identify ICPs and target segments.

Manage social media execution and assist with content distribution.

Support email marketing activities—list building, workflows, and outreach.

Track and maintain lead status using CRM tools and ensure clean data management.

Prepare basic reports using analytics dashboards and performance metrics.

Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, outreach tasks, and follow‑ups.

Continuously explore new lead‑generation methods and improve outreach processes.

Basic Qualification Final‑year students/2025 graduates with a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Research‑driven mindsets explore marketing tools and strategies.

Skill Required Confident with outbound communication—messages, calls, and professional engagement.

Research‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.

Malayalam proficiency for internal coordination and local interactions.

Basic proficiency with PPT, email tools, and online productivity platforms.

Strong spoken and written English.

Nice to have skills Knowledge of CRM and marketing/sales enablement tools such as:

HubSpot

Apollo

Google Analytics

Prior exposure through an internship to B2B SaaS outreach, lead‑generation workflows, or email automation tools.

Familiarity with social media scheduling or marketing tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
