As an Assistant Media Planner, you'll play a vital role in shaping innovative media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating closely with a cross‑functional team. You will develop essential skills in media planning, budget management, and campaign analysis through hands‑on experience and mentorship. By driving account success and contributing insightful ideas, you will set the stage for a successful media career and unlock boundless opportunities for professional development.

A Day in the Life:

Develop knowledge of planning tools, run reports, and create baseline assessments to inform media campaigns.

Assist in creating and sending RFPs, collecting and analyzing responses, and generating insertion orders to reserve advertising space.

Maintain accurate records, schedules, and contracts, and work with Ad Ops to set up 3rd party ad servers and tracking.

Handle daily campaign maintenance, track campaign effectiveness, and create client reporting and post-analysis reports.

Collaborate with billing/finance teams to reconcile billing discrepancies and process invoices for payment.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Organizational skills, including setting clear goals, identifying and securing necessary resources, and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills with a professional tone and demeanor.

Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Professional presence with the ability to influence and persuade.

$47,000 - $65,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
