Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and travel‑ready Event Organizer to provide comprehensive logistical and operational support at corporate events across the United States and internationally. This role requires hands‑on coordination before, during, and after events, ensuring seamless execution of logistics, merchandising preparation, booth setup, branding consistency, and on‑site operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable traveling frequently, and can represent the company professionally in diverse cultural settings.
Key Responsibilities Pre‑Event Planning & Logistics
Coordinate all logistical aspects of corporate events (domestic and international)
Manage shipping and transportation of event materials, merchandising, and promotional giveaways
Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and local vendors across different countries
Oversee stand design, decoration, and branding implementation
Develop detailed event checklists, timelines, and contingency plans
Ensure compliance with local regulations and venue requirements
On‑Site Event Execution
Travel to event locations within the U.S. and internationally
Supervise booth installation, setup, and dismantling
Ensure merchandising and giveaways are properly displayed and distributed
Provide real‑time logistical support to internal teams and stakeholders
Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
Serve as a professional on‑site representative of the company
Post‑Event Follow‑Up
Oversee packing and return shipment of materials
Conduct inventory reconciliation of merchandise and equipment
Prepare post‑event reports, including operational feedback and recommendations
Identify process improvements for future events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate event coordination
Proven experience managing event logistics, booth setup, and vendor coordination
Experience coordinating international shipments and logistics is highly desirable
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
