You will act as a connective layer between product, client marketing, enablement, sales, CX, and support – translating product strategy into compelling narratives, adoption storylines, enablement assets, and thought leadership that drive long‑term value realization, renewals, and growth.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who is equally comfortable influencing product direction, shaping market‑facing narratives, and executing high‑impact enablement and content.

Adoption, Retention & Expansion Marketing:

Own product marketing strategy for adoption, retention, and cross‑sell / upsell, aligned with internal stakeholders

Produce enablement assets including pitch decks, solution sheets, and presentation materials tailored by buyer and firm type

Partner with Sales and CX to ensure consistent, confident product storytelling in customer and prospect conversations

Product Launch Strategy & Execution:

Serve as a core member of the Go-to‑Marketing Launch team, focused on PMM deliverables

Ensure launches are designed for adoption readiness, not just awareness

Own internal readiness materials including messaging guides, FAQs, sales content, and release summaries

Thought Leadership, Content & Webinars:

Partner with client marketing to develop webinar topics and content themes tied to product capabilities, regulatory trends, and customer challenges – with the goal of upsell/cross‑sell and retention

Contribute to and support thought leadership content, including blogs, presentations, and campaign narratives

Partner with Client Marketing teams to bring product stories into broader marketing initiatives

Support the creation of client case studies, helping translate outcomes and success stories into compelling narratives

Competitive Intelligence & Market Research:

Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis to inform positioning and enablement

Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor messaging

Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Customer Programs & Community Enablement:

Support the expansion of user groups, workshops, and ComplyConnect technology sessions

Partner with CX and Services teams to deliver educational experiences that drive deeper product usage

Contribute product perspectives to customer‑facing programs and events
