CNS Regional Marketer
Field-Based (U.S. East or West Coast) / Full Time / Exempt / Permanent

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries while maintaining security awareness
Develop and execute an Area Marketing Plan aligned with brand strategy to support adoption of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in glioblastoma
Engage national, regional, and community opinion leaders across the CNS oncology landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, sales leaders, medical, market access, and strategic accounts teams
Develop and execute expert engagement plans including peer-to-peer programs and key initiatives
Support integrated marketing plans that increase healthcare professional awareness of TTFields
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies based on market insights and opportunities
Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with company policies
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in neuro-oncology and related specialties
Leverage KOL relationships to build advocacy and increase awareness of Optune Gio therapy
Collaborate with physicians and accounts to support therapy adoption across academic centers and community practices
Gather insights from healthcare professionals, patients, and care providers to inform marketing strategies
Support advisory boards, strategic council meetings, and voice-of-customer engagements
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
6+ years of commercial experience in marketing, sales, or account management within pharma, biotech, or medical device
Previous product launch experience in sales or marketing
Experience engaging with key opinion leaders or influential healthcare professionals
3+ years of oncology or complex therapeutics experience preferred
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Proven track record of commercial success and increasing responsibility
Experience in regional marketing or thought leader engagement preferred
Ability to travel approximately 50% including congresses, meetings, and customer engagements
Candidates must reside on the East of the United States close to a major airport
WHAT WE OFFER This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $134,000-$224,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.
