Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
Title Customer Service Representative
Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems, and the environment
Qualification
Education: No specific education requirement; 3‑6 months training or experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license; completed safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual a plus
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team
Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe, efficient use
Physical Demands & Work Environment The employee must sit and talk or listen, and lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Compensation and Shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$16.00 – $17.00 per hour
