Assist with all MLS and website listing efforts for assigned areas, including creating home descriptions and updating statuses Communicate with the sales team to ensure accuracy of listings and schedule open houses Upload necessary documents, floor plans, and virtual tours as appropriate Stay current on all MLS rules and regulations Engage in various company policies and perform additional duties as assigned What is Required (Qualifications)
2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities Customer service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
