Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern – Content Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a marketing, communications, or design student (or early-career professional) looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced startup technology environment.
This individual will play a key role in researching, creating, and organizing social media content across B2B and B2C channels while helping improve internal efficiencies using AI and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
Research, draft, and schedule engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (B2B and B2C audiences)
Create visual assets including short‑form videos, infographics, and branded graphics
Design content using Canva (or similar tools) aligned with brand guidelines
Organize and manage social media content within internal marketing tools for easy reporting and cross‑team access
Assist with performance tracking and light reporting
Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Strong written communication skills
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Graphic design experience (Canva proficiency strongly preferred)
Comfort experimenting with AI tools for content creation and productivity Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment but can work independently
Preferred Attributes
Basic video editing skills (Canva video, Microsoft editing tools, etc.)
Understanding of social media analytics
Interest in B2B2C healthcare marketing
Affinity for healthcare
Compensation Estimated Hourly Pay (Kansas City Market): $18 – $22 per hour
