To implement the requirements of the marketing communications & sales departments with regards to: marketing collateral, distributor communication, assisting with events, and sales support efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Support marketing operations with SharePoint, Partner Portal, and Internal X-drive
Update and maintain ValvTechnologies’ social media and Email product campaigns
Write, proofread, and edit professional papers and articles for brand alignment
Assist with content generation for quarterly newsletters
Design flyers, graphics, and other marketing material for major events
Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions, and venues for marketing and communications
Assist with tradeshow and event calendar, planning, and logistics
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Assist marketing team with daily administrative duties
May perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate supervisor
Core Qualifications
Active pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, and or Journalism focus
Proficient use of all office software
Experience with the Adobe Design suite of products, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Experience with CRM a plus
Enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited college/university
