Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Specialist in the creation, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience across social media, email marketing, and newsletters, as well as exposure to back‑end performance tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative, and analytical, with a strong interest in digital marketing.

Essential Functions Content Creation & Execution

Support the development and scheduling of social media content across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok

Assist with drafting, formatting, and deploying newsletters and email marketing campaigns

Help ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives

Marketing Operations & Analysis

Support back‑end analysis of marketing performance, including social media, email, and newsletter metrics

Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions

Help maintain dashboards and organize performance data for ongoing and campaign‑specific reporting

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to execute integrated marketing campaigns

Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset management

Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)

Basic understanding of email marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking

Team player with strong collaboration skills

The expected hourly rate range for this position is $20 - $25 an hour.
