Key functions will include but are not limited to: Marketing – support the development, enhancement, and modernization of marketing materials through the strategic use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools

Review and Assessment of Existing Marketing Materials Use of Copilot in Marketing Material Development Prompt Engineering for Marketing Content Creation Research & Development of AI Research and Analysis Prompt

Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including underwriting, claims adjusters, and operations staff. Assist with special projects that enhance operation efficiency or improve customer experience. Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions, team meetings, shadowing opportunities, and mentorship programs to build industry knowledge. Qualifications

High School Diploma. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work with data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Interest in insurance, healthcare benefits, or risk management.
