Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality and food safety management system. Escalate any quality or food safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Maintain strong customer relationships through daily cross‑functional communication with Sales and Supply Chain. Manage orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with accounting requirements. Collaborate with planning to balance customer priorities with plant needs, including expediting and managing change orders. Coordinate with sister plants when outsourcing manufacturing or scheduling shared production. Schedule shipments to optimize freight cost efficiency while meeting on‑time, in‑full delivery requirements. Analyze customer requirements and maintain customer‑specific inventory programs, reporting, and communication. Coordinate new product introductions and copy changes from concept through first shipment, including SOI and graphics timelines. Participate in customer training, visits, continuous improvement efforts, broker account support, and assist credit with AR issues. What You Bring

GED or High School Diploma required Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong ability to multi‑task High level of attentiveness and accuracy What We Offer
