Overview Insight Global is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a growing SaaS technology platform serving the public sector. The solution helps municipal agencies, public works departments, and engineering organizations better manage roadway infrastructure through digital road condition assessments and data insights. This role focuses on top-of-funnel sales development, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new opportunities across the United States. The SDR will engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for senior sales and technical teams.

Required Experience

2+ years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience

Experience in SaaS or technology sales

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self motivated and coachable with a team oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn

Identify and engage municipalities, public works departments, and engineering firms

Qualify outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings

Research target accounts and prepare for customer conversations

Support introductory discovery calls when needed

Track activity and manage leads in HubSpot CRM

Share feedback from prospects to support sales strategy

Compensation $27/hr to $32/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
