Role Overview This is a full-time on-site 3D Designer role located in Chantilly, VA. The 3D Designer will create high-quality, single family residential models integrated with BIM systems, primarily utilizing Higharc software. Having residential or home building experience is a positive, but not required. The position will require deadline driven performance, while balancing design & problem solving capabilities. Your daily design requirements will be creating or re-modeling individual house designs for clients. Your expertise will be used for permits, purchasing and construction, and add to the beautiful portfolio of Evergreene Homes.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality, single-family residential models integrated with BIM systems, primarily utilizing Higharc software.
Develop or remodel individual house designs for clients for permits, purchasing, and construction.
Meet deadlines while balancing design and problem-solving capabilities.
Contribute to the company portfolio with accurate, client-focused design work.
Qualifications
Expertise in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
Strong skills in BIM & Graphic Design
On-site & virtual training of software included in position start-up
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
