About the role
As a Client Relations and Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and clients through face-to-face interactions, supporting acquisition and retention efforts. The role combines communication, problem-solving, and goal-oriented activity, with training provided throughout.

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients
Represent client services confidently during face-to-face conversations
