Responsibilities
Design and produce digital and print assets aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with Marketing and Vendor Relations to create engaging visuals for email, social media, banners, print, and campaigns
Stay updated on social media platforms and visual trends, applying them creatively
Apply strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy fundamentals
Assist in developing and refining creative concepts
Communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Support digital and print production processes
Participate in team reviews and be open to feedback
Continuously seek ways to improve design quality and impact
Qualifications
Ideally with 5-8+ years of experience in digital or graphic design
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing skills in layout, typography, and branding
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and overall composition
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. While Figma experience is not mandatory, it will become one of the primary tools used on the job.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines and collaborate well with teams.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $65,000 - $80,000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.
