This role involves prospecting, client engagement, contract negotiation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will develop relationships with healthcare institutions and promote our courier and logistics services to expand our client base across the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and home care providers. Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and presentations to decision-makers and procurement teams. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s delivery solutions, including temperature-controlled transport, STAT deliveries, HIPAA-compliant processes, and chain-of-custody protocols. Tailor service solutions to client needs and communicate how the company ensures reliable, secure, and regulatory-compliant deliveries. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, bids, and pricing strategies. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage relationships using CRM tools. Represent the company at healthcare trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Collaborate with the operations and compliance departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Monitor competitive activity and report market trends to leadership. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare, logistics, or medical courier space. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting relationships. Strong understanding of healthcare logistics, delivery protocols, and HIPAA regulations. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience with a medical courier, laboratory, or healthcare transportation company Familiarity with compliance-related documentation (e.g. chain of custody, cold chain handling, DOT regulations). Existing network of healthcare contacts (preferred not required) Experience working in a fast-paced environment in which collaboration in all directions is necessary.
