The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales across multiple platforms including TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook Live. This role handles product listings, live selling activities, promotions, and overall online store performance to drive revenue and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain online stores on
TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook Marketplace/Page . Upload and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images. Plan and host
live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook
to promote products and increase sales. Monitor daily sales performance and platform analytics. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements. Manage product inventory and coordinate with logistics or warehouse for order fulfillment. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms. Monitor competitor activity and market trends in e-commerce. Prepare sales reports and recommend strategies to increase online revenue. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field . Experience handling
TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook selling platforms
is an advantage. Experience in
live selling or online product promotion . Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of
e-commerce tools, promotions, and campaign management . Ability to multitask and manage multiple online platforms. Preferred Skills
Experience hosting
live selling sessions . Basic knowledge of
social media marketing and online ads . Familiarity with
content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) . Strong customer service and engagement skills. If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
