SUMMARY :
The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial sale and estimation through scheduling, execution, and closeout. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, estimating, operations, and field teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, delivered on schedule, and completed to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with construction estimating knowledge and customer-facing professionalism. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management & Execution Manage construction projects from contract award through final completion and handoff. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns. Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards. Prepare and deliver project closeout documentation, including punch lists and final billing. Collaborate with the sales team during pre-construction to clarify scope, timelines, and customer expectations. Serve as a technical resource during the sales process, providing constructability input and project feasibility guidance. Participate in customer meetings, walk-throughs, and pre-bid discussions as needed. Support change order development and pricing throughout the life of the project. Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust. Prepare accurate and timely project estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and contingencies. Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope and requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Develop detailed cost breakdowns and margin analysis. Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize cost without compromising quality or safety. Maintain estimating templates, cost databases, and historical project data. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Required: ·5+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or related roles. ·Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices. ·Experience with project sales support or customer-facing project roles. ·Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. ·Proficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). ·Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: ·Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. ·Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. ·Familiarity with regional building codes and permitting processes. ·OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. ·Project planning and execution ·Cost control and estimating accuracy ·Sales collaboration and customer communication ·Leadership and team coordination ·Attention to detail and deadline management PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
