Summary

Drive the successful development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and initiatives for Balmain Beauty. Lead strategic product development, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand equity, fuel business growth, and create impactful consumer experiences across global markets. Responsibilities

Lead the development of product pipelines, calendars, and marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities. Identify white space opportunities using insights from consumer research, social listening, and market trends. Conduct market research and create business cases to guide product development and concept ideation. Manage digital-first launches, ensuring alignment with budgets, goals, and the consumer journey. Oversee sourcing solutions, creative briefs, and claims testing to drive seamless execution. Analyze sales trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to refine strategies and recommendations. Drive innovation in marketing technologies and stay ahead of industry trends to enhance engagement. Utilize analytics to track engagement and measure campaign effectiveness, adjusting plans to maximize results. Collaborate across teams to optimize operational efficiencies and maintain brand excellence. Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, luxury, or fashion industries. Passion for beauty innovation and forward-thinking marketing strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Proven ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions and strategic recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and motivate teams effectively. Trend-hunting mindset and creative problem-solving abilities in lean, entrepreneurial environments. Experience with global marketing initiatives and cultural sensitivity in international markets is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with corporate systems and analytics tools Pay Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
