Marketing Join Us: What You'll Do
Support proposal, qualifications, and presentation efforts from kickoff through final submission Review RFP/RFQ requirements, track deadlines, and help keep pursuits organized and on schedule Draft, edit, and format standard proposal sections and marketing content with guidance from senior team members Update and maintain resumes, project descriptions, market qualification materials, and marketing systems Prepare presentations and assist with routine pursuit calls and marketing initiatives Coordinate with technical staff, communications, and graphics teams to ensure materials are accurate, polished, and on brand What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required; prior AEC industry experience is a plus Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout required with excellent writing and editing skills Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantage Point preferred Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience working in a client-focused, team-oriented environment Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively Experience managing marketing projects and/or proposals from start to finish preferred Why You'll Love It Here
