experienced
sales professional from the office equipment or managed print industry who is ready for the next stage of their career. This position is designed for someone already selling copiers, printers, or managed print services who wants a stronger platform, better support, and a long-term territory opportunity. This role replaces a highly successful veteran representative who is retiring after 17 years with the company. The territory includes an established client base and recurring revenue stream, but success in this role will come from developing new business and expanding market share. Fruth Group is a debt free, $28M Arizona technology company serving businesses, school districts, and government organizations throughout the Southwest. Our portfolio includes Canon, Kyocera, and Lexmark hardware along with Managed Print Services, Document Management, Managed IT Services, and Cybersecurity solutions. This is a consultative outside sales role focused on helping organizations improve their print, document, and technology environments. Responsibilities include: Managing and expanding an existing book of business Developing new opportunities within your assigned territory Conducting print assessments and identifying cost reduction opportunities Selling multifunction devices, printers, and Managed Print Services programs Presenting document workflow, security, and IT solutions when appropriate Building long term relationships with decision makers and procurement teams Maintaining an active pipeline and achieving monthly and annual sales goals Working closely with service and technical teams to ensure successful deployments Who We Are Looking For
This position is designed for someone who already understands the office technology industry and can begin producing results quickly. Qualified candidates typically have: Minimum two years of successful office equipment or managed print sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong prospecting and relationship building skills Experience working with business owners, IT leaders, and procurement teams Ability to manage both existing accounts and new business development High level of professionalism and self motivation Valid driver license and reliable transportation for local territory coverage Preferred experience includes selling Canon, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, or similar office technology platforms. Must be willing to share previous years W2 Compensation Expectations
This role is designed for experienced professionals who want strong earning potential. Typical compensation range Year 1: $85K to $120K depending on experience and ramp up Established territory performance: $120K to $160K+ Top performers exceed this range through commissions and bonuses Your income is tied directly to your performance and account growth.
