This role will lead Peerlogic’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and dental communities. You’ll create content, engage with practices, and help build real relationships with the people who keep dental practices running every day. You’ll also help bring our content to life through
short-form video, social posts, and educational content
that speaks directly to dental teams. Content Creation Own community/partner channels and communication Distribute community-specific content in the right digital/physical places Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and Facebook Create educational and engaging content tailored to dental professionals Film and create
short-form video content
explaining dental workflows, industry insights, and product education Capture social media content at events, customer visits, and team activities when applicable Collaborate with internal teams to highlight product updates, customer stories, and industry insights Video & Social Content Record short-form videos for social media (tips, educational content, industry commentary, product walkthroughs) Help script and produce simple, authentic video content for LinkedIn and social platforms Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in videos when needed Work with the marketing team to repurpose video into multiple pieces of social content Community Management Participate in dental Facebook groups, LinkedIn conversations, and industry communities Represent Peerlogic in discussions and respond to questions thoughtfully Build relationships with dental influencers, educators, and industry leaders Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions and respond in a timely way Identify opportunities to grow engagement and reach within the dental space Track performance metrics including engagement, follower growth, and lead activity Stay current on dental industry conversations and trends Collaborate with marketing on paid social opportunities and high-performing content What We’re Looking For What We’re Looking For
Required Dental industry experience is required 2+ years of social media management or content creation experience Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages Strong writing and communication skills Comfort creating
video and visual content for social media Solid understanding of dental workflows, terminology, and industry dynamics Nice to Have Nice to Have
Experience filming short-form video content (Reels, LinkedIn video, TikTok-style content) Basic editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express Existing connections within the dental community Event or conference content creation experience Who You Are Who You Are
