
Communications Specialist

Work closely with the Manager of Corporate Communications to support and implement internal and external communication tools.
Ensure communications reflect the company’s products, growth, and culture.
Utilize strong graphic design capabilities to support communication initiatives.
Collaborate directly with global sales and distribution teams to gather input and feedback.
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects within Corporate and Marketing Communications departments.
Job Duties
Maintain knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and competitive portfolios. Understand the impact of competitive market developments. Ensure proper use of marketing materials and communications both internally and externally. Coordinate internal and external events by preparing and executing program components with external vendors and agencies. Manage branding at events and meetings. Support events such as corporate events, promotional strategies, tradeshows, and consumer outreach initiatives. Prepare and edit presentations, coordinate meeting logistics, and assist with agenda planning. Maintain and track invoices and receipts and submit payments accurately and on time. Allocate appropriate budget resources to projects and monitor project budget performance. Prepare and organize key projects using a budget tracker. Implement rolling forecasts and quarterly budgets for projects. Execute individual projects and programs. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper execution of initiatives. Participate in the development of brand guidelines and execution of brand strategy. Support initiatives such as rebranding efforts, new product launches, and other brand updates. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders to communicate brand positioning. Ensure consistency of brand and corporate image across programs, events, and promotional materials. Comply with applicable laws and regulations. Adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements. Demonstrate ethics and integrity at all levels of the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the medical device industry preferred. Knowledge of Adobe professional and desktop website software. Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business Administration. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of MarCom/CorCom experience. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with multiple associates and customers while prioritizing projects to meet deadlines. Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S. and internationally. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
