We are searching for a versatile, entrepreneurial, and energetic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to manage global online marketing for a well-established cosmetic / beauty manufacturing firm. These duties include: Establishing and supporting sales initiatives on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart.com, corporate E-Commerce channels, SEO, advertising, content coordination, as well as other various marketing projects. Responsibilities: Manage the creation and maintenance of the multi-channel online content, product pages, social content, videos, and images to optimize sales conversion. Maintain and optimize Amazon A+ content, A/B testing, video listings, and product detail pages as per Amazon SEO best practices. Open and manage cases with Amazon including merging listings, brand IP infringements, content contributions, etc. Manage Seller Central issues including negative reviews, listing problems, pricing and inventory management. Work with customer support, marketing, and shipping teams to respond to customer feedback and to ensure the correct processing of FBA and FBM shipments. Assist with online promotional campaigns, including requirements, definitions, deliverables, and budgets. Recommend and implement changes to content, web links, copy, landing pages for search engine optimization. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Maintain all 3rd party e-commerce product listings to be current, optimized, compliant, and consumer sales oriented. Monitor and maintain domestic and international MAP pricing and any unauthorized resellers. Manage re-pricing software when applicable. Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, customer reviews and work with teams to improve product listings based on this feedback. Actively monitor the brand on Amazon and other ecommerce sites, checking for pricing, counterfeits, non-complaint resellers, and market/competitive research. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing. Cosmetics experience a plus. 2+ years experience in digital marketing, web metrics, and SEO with a successful track record of selling, promoting, marketing, and measuring results on Amazon.com and other ecommerce sites. Experience with: Amazon Seller Central, MS Office, Helium-10 or other Seller Support Tools, Advanced Excel, and Google Analytics. Ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with BigCommerce a plus. Detail and Team oriented. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
