Sr. Post Producer
Baron & Baron, New York, NY, United States
Baron & Baron’s Post Production department sits at the intersection of world-class creative and flawless execution—working shoulder-to-shoulder with our creative and shoot production teams while running an independent, end-to-end post pipeline. This is a rare opportunity to shape the final expression of campaigns for some of the most iconic luxury and fashion brands in the world.
The Senior Post Producer owns the post-production process from planning through final delivery, ensuring creative integrity, budget discipline, and seamless collaboration across every touchpoint. You’ll be the connective tissue between editorial, VFX, color, sound, and finishing, bringing clarity and momentum to complex, multi-deliverable campaigns.

Responsibilities
Lead post-production on high-profile campaigns for luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands from kick-off through final delivery. Collaborate with the Production team during pre-production and on set to anticipate and plan for downstream post requirements. Work closely with in-house editorial and finishing teams to maintain quality, consistency, and creative alignment. Own project timelines end-to-end: keep all stakeholders aligned, flag risks early, and ensure milestones are met without sacrificing quality. Monitor and manage budgets with precision throughout the lifecycle of each project, maintaining cost controls and transparent reporting. Navigate evolving client needs, additional requests, and creative pivots with composure and strategic thinking. Perform rigorous quality control on all deliverables to ensure work meets creative, technical, and brand standards across every format and platform. Serve as the central point of communication across internal teams and external partners, maintaining clarity, organization, and a collaborative tone. Deep, hands-on understanding of the full post-production pipeline: editorial, color, VFX, retouching, sound design, and finishing workflows. Proven track record managing budgets and schedules across multiple concurrent campaigns. Direct experience coordinating both internal teams and a roster of external vendors and creative partners. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around quality control, versioning, and delivery specifications. Strong creative problem-solving instincts and the ability to adapt quickly when projects shift. Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to keep teams aligned and relationships healthy, even under pressure. Experience working with luxury, fashion, or beauty brands is strongly preferred but not mandatory. What Sets You Apart
