An Energy Consultant is responsible for advising customers on energy solutions that support cost efficiency and sustainability. This role involves assessing customer energy needs, providing informed recommendations, and supporting the adoption of renewable and community-based energy programs.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to understand energy usage, needs, and goals
Conduct basic energy assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
Develop tailored energy plans aligned with customer requirements
Educate customers on available renewable and community-based energy solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy regulations, programs, and industry trends
Provide clear, accurate information to support informed customer decisions
Follow ethical engagement and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in energy consulting, sustainability, environmental services, or a related role is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused approach with professional presentation skills
Genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy initiatives
Annual earning potential:
$60,000 – $120,000 , based on performance
