
Sales Ambassador

The Sales Ambassador is responsible for overseeing all on and off-premise events in their assigned market(s). The position manages the event process from booking to execution and post-event reporting.
The Sales Ambassador is the quarterback of the total event plan to ensure we have the best possible ambassadors executing our events. This person is responsible for training, motivating, planning, deploying, monitoring execution and reporting on the entire agency resource team for the selected markets. Matching skills of individuals with the needs of the events to drive efficient and effective execution. Working with the Sales Coordinator and local markets to set goals and monitor progress against them. Ensuring all activations are executed consistently with national branding strategy.
The Sales Ambassador will spend about 75% of their time out in the field activating events and 25% in their home office working on administrative responsibilities.
Supporting the sales team in the market
Communicate through the internal recording system
Attend charity and non-charity events
Structure events and determine partnership level
Deliver product and POS to events
Staff and train promotional models - experience with state liquor laws
Serve product and be the face of the brand at events
Flexible hours and working some weekends is mandatory
Core Responsibilities:
Hire, train, maintain, and motivate the best sampler models possible.
Work with Tito’s Sales Coordinator and local teams to understand market-level plans and activation needs
Work in the field to execute various events as needed, including special events, charity events, and in-store tastings.
Plan and coordinate agency resources, ensuring the best possible talent is aligned with the right activation events
Ensure the sampler models are clear on executional expectations and have what they need to be successful: set up, selling, menus, cocktail set up, serving, storytelling, product drops, merchandising, execution & recapping
Attend select events to ensure superior execution consistent with what was planned
Manage POS and Merchandise where needed, ensuring event needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Resolve challenges and issues as they arise, ensuring teams are properly supported
Track calendar & execution, recording recaps with photos, key data (i.e., consumers sampled, bottles sold), notes & key learnings
Track, manage, and communicate results/budgets in Salesforce.
Align on and track progress against goals
Communicate business updates regularly
Requirements:
3+ years event planning, coordination & execution
Understanding of the beverage industry
General understanding of the markets they are covering
Knowledge of experiential marketing, lifestyle branding
Comfort working on a high-performance, fast-paced entrepreneurial team
Willingness to work full-time, non-traditional hours
Must be able to provide own transportation to and from accounts and events
Must have a valid US Driver’s License, a safe driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes
Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job
Legally able to work in the USA
