DePuy Synthes Trauma offers a comprehensive portfolio of trauma care solutions for a wide range of injuries using traditional and minimally invasive techniques. Key Responsibilities

Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting existing customers, while assisting in product conversions with new customers. Contribute to the attainment of sales goals and market share objectives in the prescribed territory; apply knowledge of the sales process, product portfolio, and customer knowledge to improve outcomes. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products. Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability and use; provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation. Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests, manage hospital billing, and create/close purchase orders. Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with other teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports and documents as required. Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the territory to ensure product availability; ensure promotional materials are presentable; ensure DePuy Synthes Services meet high quality standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; help customers understand the value proposition; differentiate DPS products versus competition by providing unique insights. Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty Other Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Ability to travel, including possible weekend or overnight travel. Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen. Efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive and proactive candidate. Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
