Customer Engagement Specialist (CES)
to serve as the specialized "engine" of our sales pipeline in the Salt Lake City metro area. Formerly known as a Territory Manager, this is a front-line,
field-based outbound sales role
designed for a true "hunter" who thrives on the pavement, not behind a desk. If you have a background in high-activity B2B sales (think ADP, Cintas, Paychex, or Xerox) or you are a former athlete who lives for the win, this is your entry point into the lucrative world of medical device and aesthetic technology sales. The Role: Field Prospecting & Lead Generation
This is
not
an inside sales or account management position. You will be out in the field every day, knocking on doors, navigating gatekeepers, and initiating face-to-face conversations with physicians, MedSpas, and aesthetic practices. Your mission is simple:
Find the opportunity.
You won’t be closing the deals; instead, you will identify qualified interest, vet the decision-makers, and hand off high-quality leads to our Executive Aesthetic Consultants to bring across the finish line. Key Responsibilities
Field Cold Calling:
Execute high-volume, face-to-face prospecting to uncover new business opportunities. Strategic Re-engagement:
Visit existing system owners to identify upgrade paths, replacements, or expansion needs. Lead Qualification:
Rigorously vet practices based on practice type, budget, and timing to ensure a "white-glove" handoff to the closing team. CRM Mastery:
Maintain meticulous records of your field activity and lead details in Salesforce to ensure no opportunity is missed. Brand Ambassadorship:
Be the first professional impression of Sciton’s industry-leading technology in the Utah/Idaho market. Experience:
2–5 years of professional B2B sales experience. The "Hunter" Pedigree:
Proven success in a high-activity, quota-carrying role (e.g., payroll, uniform services, or document solutions). Field Grit:
You are comfortable with outbound activity, cold calling in person, and view rejection as a stepping stone to the next "yes." Competitive Spirit:
Prior experience in collegiate or professional athletics is a major plus. Residing in Salt Lake Metro:
You must be based in the local area to manage the territory effectively. Education:
