
Manager, Sales Operations - Global Delivery Partners

About The Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Operations lead to join our Delivery Commercial Operations, Global Delivery Partners (GDP) team as an individual contributor. You will serve as a primary strategic partner to GDP leadership across the globe and act as the architect of the commercial engine, supporting Account Managers and Sales Managers as they drive expansion and growth within our most critical global accounts.

What You\'ll Do
Drive the Commercial Cadence: Own the implementation and execution of the global business rhythm, including forecasting, top-deal reviews, pipeline analysis, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
Strategic GTM Design: Partner with leadership to devise local and global Go-To-Market strategies. Analyze business trends to identify opportunities and design initiatives that catalyze growth.
Process Engineering: Improve organizational tooling by identifying operational friction and building workflows or implementing the technology to remove it.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Provide deep, quantitative analysis of sales performance and develop evolving forecast models with the analytics team to drive predictability in a volatile market; surface actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, and other key stakeholders. Lead special projects that require buy-in from diverse groups to advance GDP outcomes.
Lead Special Projects: Accelerate GDP growth and capitalize on opportunities through targeted initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Sales Operations or similar experience, specifically supporting a divisional Sales Operations function within a large-scale sales organization
GTM Expertise: Experience across the full commercial lifecycle, including variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, and market segmentation
Technical Toolkit: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Microsoft/Google productivity suites
Bachelor\'s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy in a high-growth B2B environment
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations to executive stakeholders
Relationship Building: Track record of building deep, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners in a global environment
Sales Background: 2-3 years of direct experience as an Account Manager or AE, providing empathy for the sales cycle
Advanced Education: MBA or Master\'s degree in Economics, Math, Business, or related quantitative field
Data Sophistication Advanced SQL skills and experience building complex, automated dashboards.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range is USD 146,000 - 162,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: USD 162,000 - 180,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: USD 162,000 - 180,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: USD 146,000 - 162,000 per year. All US locations offer eligibility to participate in Uber\'s bonus program, potential equity awards, and other compensation.
