Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Director of Marketing Location: Tulsa, OK (on-site) Cooperates with: All Departments Primary Responsibility: The Marketing Coordinator at MIRATECH is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new business and enhance company recognition through various channels. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development Lead the development and execution of MIRATECH's marketing content strategy across digital, print, and event channels. Create compelling, technically accurate content for marketing campaigns, website updates, product literature, case studies, and social media. Work with internal subject matter experts and sales teams to translate technical solutions into clear, engaging marketing content. Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials and platforms. Manage content calendars and marketing campaigns to support company initiatives and product launches. Digital Marketing & Website Management Manage and maintain MIRATECH websites and subsidiary sites, ensuring content accuracy, SEO effectiveness, and overall user experience. Coordinate digital updates including product pages, blog posts, campaign landing pages, and RFQ content. Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation. Oversee and maintain company social media channels such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Sales & Marketing Collateral Develop and maintain sales collateral including brochures, product catalogs, and manuals. Design and update PowerPoint presentations used by the sales team for customer presentations and proposals. Support sales initiatives with marketing materials that clearly communicate MIRATECH's technical capabilities and solutions. Manage promotional materials and branded items in the MIRATECH store for employees, sales representatives, and events. Trade Shows & Events Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation including booth logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, setup, and teardown. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure event messaging aligns with marketing strategy and product focus. Support event-related marketing campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities. Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and report on marketing activities and campaign performance on a monthly basis. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements. Monitor engagement metrics from digital channels, campaigns, and events. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to identify marketing opportunities and develop impactful messaging. Assist in brand-building initiatives that strengthen MIRATECH's industry presence. Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 35 years of experience in a marketing role such as Marketing Specialist or Marketing Coordinator. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical markets preferred. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear marketing messaging. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.).
