Key Responsibilities

Drive new business

by identifying prospects, reaching out, and securing new policies

Consult with clients

to determine their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage

Sell and cross-sell

a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

Build lasting client relationships

by providing ongoing support and conducting policy reviews

Meet and exceed individual sales goals

to help grow the agency

Stay updated

on product details and compliance requirements

Use CRM tools

for lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals

Participate in team meetings

and contribute to sales strategy discussions

Ideal Candidate We seek enthusiastic, proactive, and polished professionals. The preferred Agent in Training will have:

Minimum of one year’s experience

in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confidence in making outbound calls

and closing sales

Openness to coaching

and eagerness to learn

Strong organization and time management abilities

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred

(or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual skills

are an asset
