Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing

Conduct compelling property tours showcasing luxury apartments, co-living suites, and community amenities Convert qualified prospects into residents by understanding their needs and matching them with the ideal unit type Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless experience Achieve and exceed monthly leasing goals for both traditional apartments and co-living beds Execute renewal strategies to maximize resident retention and minimize turnover

Lead Management & Marketing

Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM/property management software; follow up consistently to nurture prospects Support marketing initiatives including social media content, ILS listings, and promotional campaigns Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing; provide insights to inform pricing strategy

Application Processing & Compliance

Process applications accurately and efficiently, including income verification and background screening Navigate affordable housing qualification requirements and documentation for applicable units Prepare and execute lease agreements with accuracy and attention to detail Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies throughout the leasing process

Resident Experience & Team Collaboration

Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming first impression and lasting relationships Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are tour-ready and move-in ready Support resident events and community-building initiatives Mentor junior leasing team members and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily residential Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing/sales targets Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar) and CRM systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional presentation and strong interpersonal abilities Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Preferred
