We are looking for a driven Direct Hire / Executive Recruiter to join our team. This is a true business development and relationship driven role where your success is directly tied to the relationships you build and the opportunities you create. What this role is about This is not a traditional recruiting job where you only review resumes. This is a full desk recruiting role, meaning you will operate like a consultant and business developer. You will build relationships with companies, identify hiring needs, find exceptional talent, and guide both sides through the hiring process. Your impact is simple and powerful:

What you’ll do Develop relationships with business leaders across Anchorage and Alaska Generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement Conduct outbound calls and meetings to identify hiring needs and secure new client partnerships Source and recruit top talent using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies Conduct professional candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals Present qualified candidates to clients and guide both parties through the hiring process Negotiate offers and help close successful placements Build long term relationships with clients and candidates that lead to repeat business and referrals Track activity and pipeline growth to ensure consistent business development and placement success Requirements 1 to 3 years of sales, recruiting, business development, or client facing experience Confidence making outbound calls and building new relationships Competitive drive and resilience in a performance based environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized A motivated mindset and desire to build a successful career in recruiting and sales What’s in it for you Uncapped Earning Potential Base salary plus commission.
