You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. No experience required, however a caring - positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES
Educate customers on insurance products and services. Sell Products based on customer needs Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Positive upbeat mindset Eager to learn Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’employees are not employees of State Farm.
