Under the direction of the General Manager, provide superior customer service to all prospective residents. Lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals and peak performance. Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries, conduct site tours, show, lease, and move in prospective residents. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maximize closing ratios, and achieve occupancy targets. Lead motivational monthly leasing programs guided by goals to achieve optimum performance. What You Bring / Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality. Minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service experience. Ability to read and write English fluently; ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions. Ability to interact with residents/guests in a luxury customer service manner. Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems; knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Core Company Competencies
