As our Senior Pricing Analyst, you will partner with internal stakeholders to shape and refine enterprise-wide pricing strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic market. In this highly autonomous role, you’ll enhance pricing systems, uncover risks and opportunities through data-driven insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive market share and profitability.

What You'll Do
Partner cross-functionally with Supply, Operations, Sales, Market Research, Finance, and IT to understand market dynamics and continuously enhance pricing models and tools
Develop and recommend customer, item, and location-level pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability in fast-changing market conditions
Present pricing recommendations to leadership, using data-driven insights and clear rationale to influence decisions and address challenges constructively
Execute large-scale price updates across a nationwide network with speed and precision, adapting priorities as business needs evolve
Validate and maintain pricing accuracy within CRM systems, ensuring alignment with approved strategies and company guidelines
Create and distribute comprehensive pricing reports for management, executives, and ownership
Interpret data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making, even in situations with incomplete or evolving information
Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Who We're Looking For Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Pricing or Analyst role
Technical Proficiency Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
Skills
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple platforms (Excel, Power BI, CRM) into clear, actionable pricing insights
Strategic, creative problem solver who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Confident communicator who can translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels, even without formal authority
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships, present recommendations persuasively, and navigate differing perspectives with professionalism and tact
What Makes You Stand Out
Five (5) years of experience in Pricing, Product Management or a similar analytical role
Experience with SQL, VBA, and/or R
Experience with PowerBI and AI
Additional
Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed
Must be able to travel occasionally and work at an outside location
