the hunt , values autonomy, and takes pride in building a book of business through persistence, strategy, and strong community connections. The most important qualification for this position is the ability to
generate and grow a consistent pipeline of opportunities . We are looking for someone who has successfully: Built their own pipeline through networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting Managed longer B2B sales cycles while maintaining consistent activity Developed relationships with business owners and decision-makers Created repeatable strategies for generating new opportunities If you prefer working from inbound leads alone, this role likely won’t be the right fit. What You’ll Do Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and challenges Collaborate with internal experts to develop tailored solutions Present proposals and guide prospects through the sales process Maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners Stay active in the local business community Track opportunities and sales activity in a CRM system Required Experience 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience Demonstrated success building and managing a sales pipeline Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong organization and follow-up discipline Experience using a CRM system Preferred Experience Experience selling technology services, business solutions, or other consultative offerings Existing professional network within the Louisville business community Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Why Sales Professionals Are Interested in This Role Represent a
