Position Overview
This role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotes Follow up on quote opportunities and warm leads Assist the sales team with administrative tasks Chase outstanding documents and underwriting requirements Set up DSS and other internal systems as needed Maintain accurate notes and follow-up timelines Support the overall flow of new business from start to finish
Qualifications
Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative duties Positive attitude and team-first mindset
