Overview
We are a high-end dry cleaning and tailoring company dedicated to exceptional garment care and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver a premium experience to our valued clients. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with dry cleaning orders and tailoring requests. Accurately check in garments, document special care instructions, and manage tailoring requests. Respond to customer inquiries via email, text message, and telephone in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate order records using our computer system. Communicate effectively with the tailoring and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Resolve customer questions or concerns while maintaining our high service standards. Help maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and navigating order management systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling. Friendly personality with a genuine passion for making customers smile. Proactive and able to anticipate customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions when needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We’re Looking For
