The Position We are seeking to fill a Property Manager position. We are looking for someone to perform oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks depending on the portfolio composition. Please note that this is a candidate-pool posting and not for a specific vacancy. Please also note that the vacancy may be a term‑limited position with an estimated end date. The Ideal Candidate Has
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields
May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant experience
Five years of experience in residential property management
Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the property, that includes both straight tax credit and subsidized rental housing.
Engage with residents, community, partner with service providers and support community building activities.
Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
Manage lease enforcement actions
Assist in procedure development and implementation
