Position Overview
TeamZak is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining important data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to manage large volumes of information while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy Review data for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections Maintain and organize digital and physical records Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis when needed Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality and data security Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar tools Ability to type efficiently and manage large amounts of information Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits
