Amazon Business is a fast-growing unit at Amazon that develops innovative purchasing and procurement solutions for B2B buyers and sellers. This role focuses on construction and retail accounts, with responsibilities that include strategic account engagement, driving spend adoption, and collaborating with Product and Technical teams to develop scalable solutions. Responsibilities

Provide strategic account engagement that helps customers implement solutions that solve industry-specific procurement challenges. Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions. Focus on automating service needs for customers, while working with Product and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase solution adoption. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management teams. Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption, including account status updates and insights learned during deployment. About the Team

The Amazon Business team develops solutions that combine the selection and value of Amazon with features tailored to customers in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will have industry-relevant consultative sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Experience managing procurement teams with direct experience in supplier/supply chain management Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools 8+ years of sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 senior leadership Experience owning customer-facing communication including leading in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings Demonstrated success identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of Fortune 1000 strategic customer accounts Equal Opportunity

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
