Sales Coordinator will support the Director of Sales & Marketing as well as provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Team, Fuego Restaurant & General Manager. This combination role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about hospitality. This position is approximately 60% sales administrative support and 40% General Manager & Fuego support. The Sales Coordinator will assist with proposals, contracts, reports, client communication, and data entry while also supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager. The position will also support our on-site restaurant, Fuego with large party reservations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may also include assisting with guest calls and inquiries and collaborating with other departments as needed. Qualifications
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, formatting, and consistency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Delphi.fdc, and Oracle Opera Cloud is a plus. Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals and/or contracts for the Sales Managers. Assist the Sales Managers with site inspections, preparation of proposals and/or contracts, distribution of internal/external communications to clients. Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with clients, guests, and team members. Analytical skills for assisting with reporting, forecasting, and sales data accuracy. Flexibility to assist multiple managers and adapt to evolving priorities. Company Statements
