Overview

CurbWaste is a fast-growing Series-B SaaS company looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to help scale our go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is a high-impact role based in our NYC office, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be a foundational contributor to a growing revenue organization. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to drive new business. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring strong work ethic, grit, curiosity, and a desire to master both the product and the industry we serve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling

Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills

Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment

Data-driven mindset with the ability to learn from metrics and feedback

Collaborative approach and coachability

Curiosity and willingness to develop deep product and industry knowledge
