We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Specialist to oversee and manage parts ordering, issue resolution, invoicing, and reporting for our fleet operations. This role involves coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure seamless processing of orders, handling back orders, managing returns, and providing exceptional customer support. Strong problem-solving, attentionto detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in order management systems, EDI processing, and tracking tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
