Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time Property Manager to live on-site in West Los Angeles, CA. A free 1-bedroom apartment is offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation
$23-25.00 per hour Responsibilities
Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventive maintenance list. Supervise team members and vendors. Market and lease apartments. Live on-site as a condition of the role. On-call status and one weekend day is required. Qualifications
A minimum of 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi. Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendors. Must be able to live on-site. Valid Driver's License and evidence of auto insurance. A background check, DMV check, and pre-employment physical will be conducted as part of the application process. Benefits
